Strikr is a football predictions app where you forecast match results, create private tournaments with friends, and follow your favorite leagues from around the world.
This page is the official support hub for Strikr on iOS and Android. If you can’t find what you’re looking for below, just send us an email — we read every message.

How do I create an account?
Open Strikr and choose Sign in with Google or Sign in with email. Email accounts require a valid address and a password of at least 8 characters. You’ll receive a verification email — confirm it before placing your first prediction.
I didn’t receive the verification email.
Check your spam folder first. If it’s still missing after a few minutes, tap Resend verification email on the sign-in screen, or contact us and we’ll help.
I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the link sent to your email.
How do I follow a league?
Go to Leagues → tap the + button → search or browse competitions → tap Follow. The matches from your followed leagues will then appear on your home screen.
How do I make a prediction?
Tap any upcoming match, enter your predicted score for the home and away teams, then tap Save. You can change your prediction as many times as you want until the match kicks off — after that, predictions are locked.
Why can’t I edit a prediction anymore?
Predictions lock at kickoff. This keeps the competition fair for everyone in your tournament.
Why didn’t I get points for my prediction?
Strikr scores predictions automatically once the match finishes. If the match recently ended, scoring can take a few minutes. If a fixture has been postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, no points are awarded for that match. If you believe a result was scored incorrectly, email us with the match details.

How do I create a tournament? Go to Tournaments → Create tournament. Give it a name, pick the league it covers, and you’ll get a unique invite code to share with friends.
How do I join a tournament? Go to Tournaments → Join with code → enter the code your friend shared with you.
Can I remove someone from my tournament? Tournament creators can remove members from the tournament settings screen.
Can I leave a tournament?
Yes. Open the tournament → tap the settings icon → Leave tournament. Your past predictions stay on record but you’ll no longer appear on the leaderboard.
How do I turn match notifications on or off?
Open the app → Profile → Notifications and toggle the types you want (kickoffs, goals, final results). You can also manage Strikr’s notifications from your device’s system settings.
I’m not receiving notifications. Make sure notifications are enabled both inside Strikr (Profile → Notifications) and in your device’s system settings (Settings → Strikr → Notifications). On iOS, check that Focus modes aren’t silencing the app. If problems persist, sign out and back in to refresh your notification token, or contact us.
How do I change my display name or photo?
Open Profile → tap your avatar or name → edit and save.
How do I sign out?
Open Profile → scroll down → Log out.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Delete account and confirm. This will:
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If for any reason you can’t access the in-app option, email ignaciosamba@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Strikr account and we’ll process the deletion within 7 days.
Does Strikr cost anything?
Strikr is free to download and play. The app shows ads to support development.
Can I remove the ads?
Ad-free options may be offered in the future. We’ll announce them in-app.
Strikr is not betting, right?
Correct. Strikr is a free prediction game between friends. There is no real money involved — no wagering, no payouts, no in-app currency tied to predictions.
The app is crashing or behaving strangely.
Match data looks wrong (missing fixtures, wrong score, etc.).
Fixture and result data is sourced from external providers and can occasionally be delayed or incorrect. We refresh automatically every few minutes. If something still looks off after an hour, let us know.
We typically respond within 24–48 hours. Strikr is built and supported by a small team — thank you for your patience.
